MixMate products are sold through Amazon and other authorized retailers. When you click on product purchase links, you will be redirected to third-party websites. These third-party sites have separate and independent terms and conditions and privacy policies. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites.
All product sales, returns, and customer service inquiries should be directed to the retailer where the purchase was made.

The MixMate mobile application offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions provide access to additional recipes, video content, and exclusive features.
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store.
Refunds for subscription fees are subject to the app store's refund policy (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Users may submit cocktail recipes, reviews, and other content through the MixMate app. By submitting content, you grant MixMate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the content in connection with our services.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
MixMate products and services are intended for adults aged 21 and over (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We promote responsible drinking and do not condone alcohol abuse or underage drinking. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
The materials on MixMate's services are provided on an 'as is' basis. MixMate makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall MixMate or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MixMate's services, even if MixMate or a MixMate authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
MixMate may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
